VattNet - Electricity trading portal​

VattNet is the portal that provides electricity retailers and resellers with an overview and control of their electricity business. The task involved a significant research project aimed at identifying and mapping user needs, specifying requirements, and developing value-adding solution proposals.​

Siri led the research at Vattenfall, monitored industry trends, conducted user interviews and tests, analyzed and compiled data, created visualizations, proposed solutions, presented findings, and handed them over to the development team.​

Through this work, Siri has shifted VattNet towards a more user-centered methodology and aimed to enhance the team's understanding of user-centered product development​
